Miranda Mayhem

This is our new affectionate nickname for our little Miranda.  Over the past few weeks she has mastered climbing onto our dining chairs and the couch (with the aid of a stool, which she makes out of just about anything) and anything else that will get her inches off the floor.  She seems to leave a trail of messes through out the house, resulting in us contently stepping over toys, dishes, books, and anything else she can get her hands on and throw on the floor.  If it wasn't for her being so darn cute she would surely be in big trouble! 

A Berry Happy Birthday

That's right our little Matilda turned 4 years old on Monday.  We celebrated her birthday on Saturday with a Strawberry "Shopcake" (as Tilda would say) party.  Matilda thoroughly enjoyed herself as I think this was the first year she actually understood what was happening.  It's like she told me, "It's hard to wait to be born."  Not quite sure what that means, maybe that it's hard to wait for birthdays to come as she is asking me already when her next birthday is!
