Animal Noises

Here's a few of the animal noises Matilda has mastered.

Matilda seems to be saying that a lot these days and that's what I said when I realized it had been so long since I last posted. This month has just flown by! We started the month off with a trip to Michigan to visit the great grandparents. It's amazing how a car has the ability to make the softest of cries seem like the child is screaming at the top of her lungs in your ear. Despite the car ride (which really wasn't too awful) we had a wonderful trip.

Matilda's favorite activity these days is climbing onto anything and everything. She hasn't yet mastered getting onto the couches, but she's pretty good at getting onto chairs. We are definitely running out of counter space now that everything needs to be pushed into the center so it's out of her reach. Thankfully we've had beautiful weekends so we can go outside and play. Matilda still loves the swing and slide (which she can climb all she wants) at the neighborhood park.

And as you can tell by the first two pictures, Mattie is daddy's little girl!
